Norman
Carroll.
Managing Director.
Norman is Chief Executive Officer of Exaxe and a member of the
board of directors. Co-founder of Exaxe, Norman has over 25
years extensive experience in the life assurance industry. Norman
holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School, University
College Dublin and is a qualified Chartered Insurer.

Philip Naughton.
Director Business Development.
Philip is Executive Director Business Development of Exaxe and
a member of the board of directors. As co-founder of Exaxe with
Norman Carroll, Philip has amassed over 20 years experience
in the implementation of IT solutions within the insurance industry.

Mike O' Malley.
Head of Client Delivery.
Mike is Head of Client Delivery with overall responsibility
for product implementations and client relationships. Mike has
over 15 years developing and implementing systems in insurance,
with specific expertise within Life and Pensions. Mike has been
with Exaxe since 1999.

Tom Murray.
Chief Operating Officer.
Tom is Chief Operating Officer of Exaxe with primary responsibility
of overseeing product development. Tom has extensive experience
of managing web based insurance software from conceptual design
through to commercial release and beyond. Tom has been leading
the development of the Exaxe Internet insurance architecture
since August 1999.
