    Tom is Head of Product Strategy at Exaxe with primary responsibility of overseeing product direction. Tom has extensive experience of managing web based insurance software from conceptual design through to commercial release and beyond. Tom has been leading the development of the Exaxe Internet insurance architecture since August 1999.

His main objectives are to assist the Board with general business operations, and to assume responsibility for internal product development, client implementation and post implementation support. Ian has over 18 years’ experience in a variety of IT operational management roles with extensive experience in software development, hardware and communications.

    Jon is UK Sales Director at Exaxe and is responsible for creating new business opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies within the UK financial services market. Jon has over 23 years' experience in the financial services sector, with 14 years specifically focussed on the strategic and commercial development of financial services software.

    Sharon is Marketing Manager at Exaxe. She oversees the global marketing activities of Exaxe which includes marketing communications, marketing strategy, digital marketing and public relations. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English and a Master of Science in Marketing.
